Cards with effects you never us/didn't know was there | tcgmode

There are some cards in the OPTCG that have effects that never get used or you never even knew existed. The best example of recent times is "Go ahead and use em Mr.Luffy!" I've never seen anyone use the second effect rather than drawing 2 cards. What other cards do you know feel like this?
