2 promos from 1 ETB? Is this tampered? Or even possible? | tcgmode

Hey guys. I just opened a CR ETB (non PC) and got 2 Fennekin promos????? Has anyone heard of this happening before? This is my second CR ETB and last one had only one promo. Please let me know if someone has had this happen to them lmao, thank you. Def confused but happy.
