TCG Player package's cards got stolen. What else should I do? | tcgmode

I've sent a message to TCG Direct and put a ticket into USPIS but haven't heard back yet. I'm wondering if there's more I should do cus this is the first time I've ordered cards online. This is how the package looked outside of a "We Care" bag.
