Warren Soultrader (Retro/Foil) | tcgmode

i got this fella during MH3, fancied the retro/foil at \~$14 and slotted it into a precon and never played it again. i remembered i had it and recently scanned it in to see it at this price. any reason why the foil (\~$17 non-foil) is such a drastic difference? sorry if theres an obvious answer...
