Anyone knows show to unbend foils? | tcgmode

I haven't had time to buy a folder and with the humidity, my foils are bent. Since only the foils are bent, I am guessing it is a common thing? any tips to take them back to normal and for caring for them after? thanks Edit: anyone knows how* should be the title
