What are some cards that have good potential to be meta but are super underused in your opinion? | tcgmode

Here are some of mine. I feel like if we ignore Special Summoning/Swarm effects and destruction effects.. there are many cards (usually printed in early yugioh) that have broken effects when used in the right way.
