Op16 GUffy decklist | tcgmode

I'm trying to build GU Luffy(Guffy), I decided to use gum gum rain due to the trigger and the option tu use a brick to counter on a later game, I'm that with the prisoners I should have enough +2k counter, but also with 12 bricks, I don't want to take that risk, any idea or opinion?
