Lord of the coast in op15 krieg deck | tcgmode

Im new to the TCG and deck building in general, so I was wondering what the pros and cons of adding this to an OP15 krieg deck? I know Electrical Luna would be a better option but with the card currently being around $7.00 on tcgplayer I was thinking this could be a more budget friendly option.
