I’m guessing the most obvious thing it could do would be to help more decks bring into the Mitsurugi engine. Is DoomZ Mitsu, Elfnotes Mitsu, Maliss Mitsu or White Forest Mitsu going to be a thing now with this card now (as I think they can easily fulfill the spell requirement to use Contract Witc...
