Can I Play My Exiled Card? | tcgmode

Just played a pick 2 draft with friends. In one game I attacked with Zuko, on blocks I activated his ability and we ended up trading creatures. My question is, can I still play the exiled card main phase 2, although Zuko got destroyed?
