Why does the TCG ruin Chibis with generic backgrounds? | tcgmode

The TCG chibis are much uglier than their OCG counterparts. Because they are re-using inferior assets from Yu-Gi-Oh! BAM with ugly colors, while the OCG versions reference the original cards. Why wouldn't they at least port the OCG versions as luxury rarities?
