Touch the Sky Interaction | tcgmode

If I use Touch the Sky to move Goofy - Set for Adventure to White Agony Plains, am I able to use Goofy’s “Family Vacation” ability to move a second character there for free before I draw cards from Touch the Sky? Thanks!
