question about hiding wages of pain | tcgmode

Lets say I hide Wages of Pain with a 3 might unit at a battlefield and opponent has a 3 might unit at another battlefield.When Opponent plays Gust,can I reveal Wages of Pain and deal 3 damage to my opponents unit who is at a different battlefield? Thanks in advance.
