Choose individual characters with Goofy? | tcgmode

Question here, the Goofy Groundbreaking Chef ability allows you to remove damage and ready characters at the end of your turn. My ask is around the MAY aspect and if it applies individually or as a collective? Meaning if I have multiple damaged characters and some are bodyguards... can I choose...
