About "Miracle" | tcgmode

Trying to understand how this card I pulled yesterday works. "Miracle" is stated to apply to first card drawn in a turn, here it states "in your hand", ie not just first card drawn in a turn. Does it mean you could play sorceries at instant speed? If there is an "x" in the cost it would be 0, r...
