I saw Branching Bolt in various RG Monsters/Ramp sideboard, what Is supposed to resolve? | tcgmode

I find this interesting but i can't figure out what's the use of this, i thought maybe It can remove a snacker and a pinger together, or maybe an Utrom, or maybe a Guardian against Gates but i think im missing something...
