Rate my setup plus advice | tcgmode

It has been a long slog and still more space to fill but I think it's coming along nicely. (Kinda thinking about cracking and resubmitting the 9.5 luffy and 9 nami though to try for 10s). Does anyone have first hand experience on cracking and resubmitting? What do you guys think?
