Haven't played in 20+ years and looking for a little help finishing a deck to finally play with... | tcgmode

I just need help figuring out a good sideboard to have for this deck as well as a few cards I could possibly upgrade that are currently in the deck and if adding better cards which cards should be removed from deck. Pic of deck attached. Thank you a lot for any help. This is a little overwhelming.
