Does Azir Soverign move units from other battlefields? | tcgmode

Not sure if errata exists for this, but if Battlefield A has enemy units, Battlefield B has my token units, and I have token units at my base, if Azir attacks Battlefield A, can I move my token units from Battlefield B and my base to Battlefield A?
