Would Spinerock Tyrant copy pest infestation if I only target one card with it but x is 2 or greater? | tcgmode

If I have X as 4, for example, but only target 1 artifact/enchantment, would I be able to copy pest infestation with spinerock tyrant even though I could choose to target more? If it does copy, would the copied version be able to target 4 cards?
