Paying snow but not with snow | tcgmode

Okay soo, i put gelid shackles on one of my opponents creatures, cam they use farewell stone or exotic orchard to pay the snow Because snow can be payed with one mana from a snow permanent and those arent snow permenants. Can anyone help me with this???? Thank youu
