Why isn’t anyone playing Blast Cone in their Vex decks? | tcgmode

So basically the title. I don’t have much experience in TCGs in general, but when the cards for Unleashed were announced I thought this would be a non-negotiable for Vex decks. But I’ve been looking at building her deck and none of the lists I see online are running it. Is it a bad/mediocre card?...
