Have the OP-11 SP Luffys Peaked? | tcgmode

I've been holding this for a while now and I see it's spiking pretty high on TCGPlayer. A PSA 10 sold for about $10k on ebay this month. Is it expected to keep climbing, or is this likely to be its peak?
