If a card is played via alternate cost - e.g. a song is played by being sung - does that count toward Buzz's "pay 2 or less to pay a \[non-\]character" condition? The rationale being, due to the alternate cost, I paid zero ink and zero is less than 2. It doesn't seem to me like this would be int...
