Traditional Standard Event gives bigger packs as a reward? | tcgmode

I just 5-0'd a traditional standard event with Azorius Core and the packs it rewarded me weren't the purple Dellian Fel ones like what's in the screenshot but instead they were the light-blue ones with Abigale and Sanar. When I opened them, they had 13 cards in each instead of the standard 8 card...
