In Limited, should you aim to rush Ultimate ASAP? | tcgmode

In Limited I'm not completely sure If you don't need to remove an inmediate threat, should you aim to: 1) Rush to his Ultimate ASAP? or 2) Start drawing cards Not sure what's the best way to play it in a "General Scenario"
