Help with USPS rejecting a mail and damaging the card | tcgmode

I recently sent out a card that I sold off Ebay. I got USPS ground advantage and sent out the card in the envelope as shown in the picture. The mail got rejected and got sent back, which is fine. But the problem is they literally stapled the rejection noticed on the envelope, through the card. No...
