Magic: The Gathering store lightbox sign | tcgmode

I have this MTG Store sign from a former local game store when it closed down roughly 20 years ago. I am trying to figure out its value and origin. I think its from around 2008 but i am not sure of that. Maybe you guys can help me out on it?
