Ideas for a secret commander deck built around this guy? | tcgmode

Only two flagbearers exist, but I think this mechanic is too interesting not to explore. Looking for a commander that can either search for this card in my library or that can become a copy of it; either to get it in action as quickly as possible or to enhance its effects. Any ideas?
