LGS forcing people to buy TMNT to get SOS packs | tcgmode

I have an LGS here in the Cebu, Philippines that's selling SOS packs only if you purchase a TMNT pack with it. The worst part is they're not discounting, both packs for Php400 each, amounting to Php800 in total. That's around 14 bucks in freedom units. I don't know if this is something that's WoT...
