Correct me if I'm wrong, but Soraka seems insane? If it's in combat, then sure, she's only good for protecting weaker units...but she's yellow. The *same* color as Baited Hook. Plus, it says "control *here*", with no "first time in a turn" clause. The death, on top of it, isn't combat exclusiv...
