I didn’t like yugioh deviating from the standard card format until I saw it in person | tcgmode

To me, having all the cards uniform with the classic boxed illustration looked clean and emphasized the duel aspect of yugioh compared to more collecting-oriented games like Pokémon. But now I admit they made the overframe really nice and not over the top like I thought.
