Is there any a downside to crafting an old version of a reprint for standard? | tcgmode

This set is no longer standard legal, however steam vents is because it got a reprint somewhat recently. Does this mean that no matter what version of steam vents I craft, they will all always be legal in standard as long as one copy of it is legal? Or is it best to craft the most recent version
