Why not fiery cannonade? | tcgmode

Why do you always see fire breath but almost never fiery cannonade in sideboards? There aren't a lot of pirates I can think of, but there are dragons (for ex sagu or avenging hunter) I want to know if there is a real reason because fiery cannonade is much cheaper on mtgo.
