Sell now or hold? LGS offering $125 CAD for Foil Extended Art | tcgmode

I’m new to selling cards and I pulled an extended art foil of Emeritus of Ideation. It’s not a card I would use so I’m thinking of selling it to my LGS. They are offering $125 CAD for it. I assume the value will drop over time so is this the best time to trade it? Is this a fair value in your op...
