Lulucia tech? | tcgmode

I keep thinking about this card lately. There isn't any Lulucia kingdom card support (I mean technically there is but c'mon), but this ability is so interesting to me. It's not leader locked. What is the potential here? Is there a leader that could see this card? Or do you predict in a future set...
