Did bgs make a mistake or what does “Upside-Down Back” mean? | tcgmode

I sent this Vaporeon off, and unfortunately it came back as authentic altered for some reason but I noticed they labeled is “Upside-Down Back” and I have no idea what that means or if BGS made an error.
