New player here - is this a good deal for 70 bucks? | tcgmode

Seller on marketplace says over 130 rares. I guess I should haggle, huh? or is it even worth the hassle? the good ones probably already have been sold and this is bulk-crap. Since I am new I don’t have any experience in this and am open for any hints you guys might have. thanks in advance!
