Pulled this from my first pack ever | tcgmode

Target had some singles so I bought two and pulled this from my first one ever. Should I hold or will it go down in value? I’m also thinking about grading it. Is grading worth it for a card like this? I’m fairly new to OP TCG so any help/advice is appreciated.
