Why did Riverchurn mill 44 cards here? | tcgmode

Is this a bug? I had only 4 cards in the graveyard from getting milled and then he activated Riverchurn and it milled the entire rest of my deck? Can someone explain this interaction? Just for anyone that doesn't believe me, my best evidence is my math here, I have 6 creatures on field, 5 lands...
