Best way to complete a set? | tcgmode

Hey, does anyone know the most efficient way to complete a set? I have my eye on the (set completionist 2) achievement for the title. Should i keep buying lotr packs, since it’s my closest set to completion. Or open new packs and only use the wildcards. I don’t ever have any gems, i don’t play ...
