Not a Fog player, but found this card while randomly looking at Weatherlight cards. Why it sees no play? | tcgmode

as long as I understand this, this is considered a fog that can potentially boardwipe but you would need to spend a lot of mana to make it work. But as far as I know fog loves to ramp so this might be a good wipe for lists that don't run \[\[crypt rats\]\] or \[\[pesrilence\]\] ? Again, I am not...
