Why is the official OPTCG site background an old Hungarian map of Canada? | tcgmode

I was looking at the ban list and some text in the background was strikingly familiar, and it turns it's a map of Canada (Hudson Bay) in Hungarian. I don't know why they couldn't just use some OP map instead, but this is a bit funny to me. They use the same map on the game's landing page too.
