At high OPL, I’m supposed to not use holographic sleeves, so I can’t use the Spirit Blossom Irelia official sleeves? | tcgmode

Rule 421.6 says that in High OPL sleeves must not have holographic patterns. So Riot sells a product and then ban it themselves?
