Dominus Impulse in RA05 | tcgmode

Why is Dominus Impulse being sold in super-secret on tcgplayer? Both sellers offering them are verified. I thought Impulse was only supposed to be a premium rarity card, so why is it shown otherwise on TCGPlayer? so many ultras and super copies have been sold.
