There are a lot of times the community went "this could never come off the banlist" and then the card came off and it didn't do much (Pot of Avarice, Change of Heart, Electrumite/Astro in MD) I hear a lot of people going "pend 5 could never come back it's too op" but maybe it would just marginal...
