Just now got the PC order - ETB was clean, one of the bundles had a broken seal, and the Booster Box looks like it was intentionally bladed. No evidence of mid-shipment tampering, arrived on time - I can only think that Pokemon Center did this intentionally and shipped it out with a broken seal...
