Why isn’t this John Avon Forest listed for purchase anywhere? | tcgmode

The one I’m talking about specifically is John Avon’s Lotus Forest (easier to look for if you use its number 0035). The only place I can remotely find it is on Manapool (none for sale) but no other store even lists it but have all of his other lotus lands listed. Any idea why that is?
