Forecaster Vision trigger | tcgmode

If I have a Forecaster ready on the field and play a second, do I get to Vision twice? I can't find any ruling saying you can only have one instance of Vision at a time. Forecaster has been ruled to see himself, so if I have one already and play a second, I Vision the top of the deck, then whethe...
