Is ephara's dispersal good against faeries? | tcgmode

I'm thinking about adding them in sideboard against faeries in a mono blue terror deck, i know traditionally gut shot is the go-to against that deck but i notice that the main issue is that first ninja attack on turn 2, what do you think? Anyone has try it?
